City Government
The City of Brandenburg is served by a Mayor and six Council members. The Mayor serves a four-year term and the Council members, elected at-large, serve two-year terms.
Planning and Zoning
The City of Brandenburg’s Planning and Zoning Department oversees development within the City limit including code enforcement, zoning, subdivision regulations, sign and building permits.
Police Department
The Brandenburg Police Department consists of professional Police Officers that are dedicated to serving our community.
Public Works
The Public Works Department provides services within the Brandenburg City limits which includes repairing and maintaining the streets.
Recycling
The City of Brandenburg provides recycling bins to residents. It is the responsibility of the residents to clean and care for the recycle bin.
Utilities
Water is supplied by Brandenburg Water Works and sewer is by Brandenburg Wastewater Treatment Plant.
